Who is qualified to be a member?
Owners of the residential units at Trump International Hotel & Tower® Vancouver and select hotel guests* of the Trump International Hotel & Tower® Vancouver.

Can the general public enroll to become a member?
No, membership is available exclusively to Trump International Hotel & Tower® Vancouver residential owners and select hotel guests* by invitation only.

Are there any membership fees?
Membership is complimentary.

Are memberships transferable?
No, the membership card will be made in the name of the listed owner or the select hotel guest*.

Can I deactivate or opt out of membership?
Yes, at any time, simply contact the Trump residential concierge or hotel concierge.

How do I receive invitations for events or previews?
Our luxury partners will send all invitations and notifications to the Trump concierge, who will then disseminate to each card member.

Do I have to pay for admittance to the events?
Membership provides access to select events held by our luxury partners. Any costs for attendance in association with the luxury partner’s events will be paid by the member directly.

Is there a dress code?
Dress codes will be determined by each luxury partner for their own respective events.

Is there an age restriction to the card?
No, however, there may be events held by our luxury partners whereby such restrictions may be in place.

What happens if I sell my home at Trump Vancouver? Am I still a member?
No, only current owners will receive membership benefits.

How do I receive my Trump Luxe : By Invitation Only™ membership card?
For residential owners, you will be presented a personalized card to you upon the launch of the Trump Luxe program. For select hotel guests*, the card will be presented to you upon qualification.

Do I have to wait in line?
Membership ensures you will be placed on the VIP list, however, depending on how the specific event is set up, as well as individuals' arrival times, there could be a registration or check in procedure that may take place.

*Subject to the Trump Hotels' discretion and selection.

Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between TA Hotel Management Limited Partnership and members of the Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only program. The terms and conditions should be read carefully, particularly as they include limitations and exclusions of liability in favour of TA Hotel Management Limited Partnership (“TAHMLP”) and partners.

General Conditions

Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only is managed and operated by TAHMLP.
Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only membership is by invitation only to the residents of the Trump International Hotel & Tower® Vancouver and select hotel guests. Membership is offered at the sole discretion of TAHMLP.
Members will be issued with a membership card in their name. The use of this card and associated benefits is deemed to be acceptance of these Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only terms and conditions to the benefit of TAHMLP and all partners.
Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only membership cards are not transferable and may only be used by the members to whom the cards are issued. Membership cards remain the property of TAHMLP and must be returned upon termination of membership or otherwise upon request. Misuse of membership cards or program benefits may result in termination or suspension of membership, or withdrawal of benefits at any time.
TAHMLP reserves the right to modify the Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only structure, benefits and other features associated with it, including these terms and conditions, or to terminate Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only at any time. It is the responsibility of members to keep themselves up to date in respect of the Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only program and these terms and conditions. TAHMLP and/or partners will not be liable for loss or damage resulting from any amendment to Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only or to these terms and conditions.
Upon becoming an active member of Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only, members will receive a permanent membership card (which may be cancelled on termination of membership in accordance with these terms and conditions). A fee will be charged for replacing lost or damaged cards.
Membership is restricted to residents and hotel guests who are 19 years of age and over.

Membership Termination

TAHMLP may terminate the membership of a Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only member and the right of a member to use his/her membership card if a member commits misconduct, fraud, misuses Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only program benefits, or fails to follow these terms and conditions.
TAHMLP may also terminate the membership of a member at its complete discretion and in such circumstances will provide the member 10 days’ notice of termination.
TAHMLP may also terminate membership of a member upon death of a member or if a member ceases to be a resident of Trump International Hotel & Tower ® Vancouver.
Termination of membership for whatever reason shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of TAHMLP and/or partners as at the date of termination.
In the event of termination of membership, a member must forthwith return his/her membership card to TAHMLP.

Program Events

Members of Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only may be provided access to various exclusive activities and opportunities, such as invitations to events, premieres, previews, product launches, receptions and other similar opportunities or occasions planned by the partners of the Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only program to promote or showcase the partners’ goods, services and/or brand (“Program Events”). Members should note that these Program Events are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant partners.
The concierge of the hotel and the concierge of the residences at the Trump International Hotel & Tower® Vancouver will communicate directly with members with respect to Program Events.

Exclusion and Limitation of Liability

TAHMLP andor partners shall not be liable to any member for any direct, indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only program, including (but not limited to) the provision of or refusal to provide any benefits, whether or not such loss, damage or expense is caused by negligence or otherwise, and whether TAHMLP has any control over the circumstances giving rise to the claim or not.
TAHMLP shall not be liable for any loss arising from any failure by partners to provide services or any failure relating to the Program Events. Where a member attends a Program Event by a partner, the partner’s terms and conditions will apply and TAHMLP shall not be liable for any loss incurred by the member.
Membership in the Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only program shall not be construed as an assignment or grant of any license, right to use or other right, title or interest in or to the names “Trump”, “Trump International Hotel & Tower® Vancouver” or any other words, trademarks, service marks, trade names, symbols, logos, insignias, indicia of origin, slogans or designs owned by the Hotel Manager or any of its affiliates, or any words, trademarks, service marks, trade names, symbols, logos, insignias, indicia of origin, slogans or designs owned by West Georgia Development Limited Partnership or any of its affiliates, none of which may be used in any manner or form by members without the express written consent of THC Vancouver Management Corp or its affiliates, or West Georgia Development Limited Partnership or its affiliates, as applicable.

Laws and Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions and the relationship between TAHMLP and each member of the Trump Luxe: By Invitation Only program are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the laws of Canada applicable therein. By using the program, each member submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of British Columbia.
If this English version of the terms and conditions does not conform to versions in other languages, the English version shall prevail. In case of dispute, TAHMLP reserves the right to make the final decision.
